They are going to kill Troy Davis on September 21st, 2011. Troy Davis was convicted in 1991 of murdering a police officer. He has been on death row since 1991 and there is a doubt about his guilt. The conviction was based on witness testimony, and seven of the nine witnesses said they were pressured into testifying against Troy Davis. They changed their testimony.
